With the annual Fall Festival right around the corner, we would like to get these attached forms out to you. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your past participation in the Delavan Fall Festival, and if you have not participated in past years, we would like to encourage you to do so this year. This opportunity could be a great fund raiser for your organization.
This year the annual Fall Festival will be held on Labor Day weekend, beginning Friday September 3, 2010 and going until Monday September 6, 2010. The festival includes numerous activities and continuous entertainment.
The Fall Festival Board is continuously working to improve the Festival by encouraging participation by all Merchants, Vendors and Organizations. Please share the enclosed information with anyone you think might be interested.
Enclosed with this letter you will find a vendor/merchant/ exhibitor contract. It is our hope you will look it over and seriously consider participating in the Fall Festival. If you need additional copies it is OK to photocopy the form, or you can print it from www.delavanfallfestival.org . With your help and participation we can make the 2010 Fall Festival a great success!
